AWARDS / MEDALS AND RIBBONS

Every pilot and employee (no matter what Division, rank or assignment) can contribute something to the Corporation as a whole. As such we have devised a system of reward for exemplary conduct, achievement and combat prowess. Each pilot has a profile located here on the Hadean Drive Yards website. By clicking on each pilots name you will be taken to a page which will display their profile. Below is a visual representation of each medal and its designation:

	Arkonian Eagle - 1st Class : Awarded to Hadean personnel for the destruction of no less than 25 confirmed enemy vessels in the course of his career. The ribbon is a silver medallion with a gold star mounted on green with a gold stripe. Any confirmed kills must be achieved during corporate wide combat operations where a state of war exists between the Hadean Drive Yards and the confirmed kill.
	Arkonian Eagle - 2nd Class : Awarded to Hadean personnel for the destruction of no less than 5 confirmed enemy vessels in the course of his career. The ribbon is a silver medallion with a gold star mounted on green with a gold stripe. Any confirmed kills must be achieved during corporate wide combat operations where a state of war exists between the Hadean Drive Yards and the confirmed kill.
	Hadean Combat Operations Badge : Awarded to Hadeans that have participated in at least one major combat sortie during a recorded conflict (wardec). The award is a Hadean Eagle with two stars below it to symbolize strength and sacrifice. This award is open to any member of the Corporation regardless of rank and is bestowed at the request of any specific Fleet Commander during combat operations.
	Hadean Medal of Commendation : The Hadean Medal of Commendation is awarded for meritorious service in the performance of ones duties on and off the battle field. This medal has been awarded to both Military and Logistics Division personnel and is a purple medal hexagon shaped with 5 gold stars in it. The stars represent the ideals of Brotherhood, Loyalty, Duty, Discipline and Honor. This medal can be awarded to both individuals and an entire Division as a unit commendation.
	Hadean Navy Defense Ribbon : The Hadean Defense Ribbon is awarded to any member (cadet and up) who has performed heroic actions in the defense of Corporate property and operations. The decoration consists of a unique green-colored backing with a silver eagle and star combination. There are three stars on the ribbon that symbolize the three Divisions within the Corporation.
	Hadean Navy Gold Star : The Hadean Gold Star is given to those officers who demonstrate great courage or leadership on the field of battle. This pin is a five-centimeter red circle embossed with a gold 5-pointed star, and may be awarded three times. After three awards, they will be eligible for the Medal of Glory. This award is limited to Commissioned Officers of Ensign and greater, who command specific operations, or else a portion of them as delegated by a CO who wishes to split forces for multiple operations.
	Hadean Navy Medal of Glory : The Hadean Navy Medal of Glory is the highest honor anyone can achieve in the Hadean Drive Yards. The Executive Branch’s Fleet Admiral himself bestows the medal, which is for those who have aided the Corporation in making significant gains. Recipients of the medal become automatically interned in the Hall of Fame should they ever decide to leave the Corporation or EVE. Recipients of this medal are also awarded any ship of their choosing up to Battleship class chassis.
